All pictures of non-domestic animals featured on this site are taken in the wild and show unrestricted animals. However, I sometimes take pictures from hides/blinds, and animals are attracted to these with food. I do not disapprove of pictures taken in captivity as long as they are presented as such. (Keeping wild animals captive is quite another story.) In fact, whenever it is possible to get an equivalent picture, I think it might be better to take pictures in zoos than to risk disturbing wild animals.
Scandinavian wild plants are photographed in their natural habitat.
